TVMan crews rode with the Houston Police Department's Homeless Outreach Team on their early morning bike rides and patrols through downtown's homeless population.  The passion the officers bring to their work and the positive impact they have on the lives of others was captured so that other cities and organizations can learn from their experiences.  Their hope is that by working together with mental health authorities, they can make a permanent impact for all of its citizens.
